Be my apprentice for 2021!

Each spring I start the search for my new apprentice – and here we are again. This is a one year apprenticeship scheme for a local school leaver to gain experience in my constituency office whilst also studying for an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. As an integral part of Team Leadsom, my Apprentice Caseworker is responsible for helping with constituents’ questions about different policies, as well as dealing with some of the correspondence I receive each day.

The role is full time and lasts for twelve months from August to July. Although based in Towcester, there are regular opportunities to work in Westminster and to get fully involved in all aspects of parliamentary life.
