Visit to Stoke Bruerne Village at War Weekend

I had the pleasure of visiting the fantastic annual Village at War weekend in Stoke Bruerne recently. For those of you who have never been I would highly recommend it and be sure to put it in the diary for next year!

Everyone really gets in the spirit of it, and each year somehow gets better and better. The photographs show some of the vintage clothes worn over the weekend, and I was fortunate enough to have my photograph taken with “Winston and Clemmie”.

A huge thank you to everyone in Stoke Bruerne who worked so hard to ensure this event was such a success. Especially Mick, Louise and everyone at the Canal and River Trust and the Canal Museum (of which I am proud to be a patron!).
