Coronavirus response: Local organisations needing help

In these challenging times, many local groups and organisations in South Northamptonshire are continuing to provide vital services for the vulnerable in our society.

The Hope Centre, based in Northampton, does a fantastic job looking after homeless people in our area.

The Hope Centre is desperately looking for donations so they can provide daily food packs to those in need.

For further information and to provide a direct donation, please visit their website.

Towcester and Brackley both have Food Banks and are still looking for donations of food.

The donation points are:

Brackley – Waitrose, High Street Co-op
Croughton – Co-op

Please consider adding some essentials such as tea, coffee, squash, dried goods or tinned items to the donation baskets when you are out doing your shopping.

You can also donate financially online through their official websites:

They are fundraising to support these activities – and any help you may be able to give will go a long way in containing to provide their vital services at this time.
