After receiving a number of emails and letters from local residents who are concerned about the proposals by Monte Blackburn Ltd / Euro Garages Ltd for the development of land to the north east of Junction 11 of the M40 near Banbury, I have submitted my own response to Cherwell District Council’s planning consultation.
