Last Friday I sat down with Stephen Mold, the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire, to discuss policing priorities for my constituents.
Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are elected representatives who oversee how crime is tackled in a police force area. Their aim is to cut crime and to ensure the police force is effective. You can read more about Stephen’s role here.
As always, we had a really productive conversation about various issues across South Northants, including individual concerns about specific policing matters, and I am grateful for the attention Stephen gives to our area.
If I can take up any particular policing matter on your behalf with Stephen, please do get in touch with me and I will happily raise it for you.
