Virtual Visit to Brook House Care Home

Today I had the opportunity to take part in a virtual visit to the brand new Brook House care home in Towcester. Despite the ongoing pandemic, it’s fantastic that the home managed to open with their very first resident in October. I met Bogdan, the Manager, as well as the home’s Customer Relations Advisor, Susan and was treated to a guided tour, including the whole floor which is specially designed to cater for residents coping with dementia.

I will watch their progress with great interest, and look forward to being able to visit in person soon!
