Brackley Town FC Clubhouse to receive funding from HS2 Community and Environment Fund

Many constituents are opposed to the HS2 project, and I share their concerns about value for money as well as the hugely negative impact on our local area.  Nevertheless I am pleased that Brackley Town FC will receive funding for a new clubhouse as part of the HS2 Community and Environment Fund.

Due to the fire at the clubhouse in June 2019, the structure requires demolishing and rebuilding. The funding total of £75,000 will be put towards this project, providing a new clubhouse for use by staff, players, fans and visitors.

I look forward to seeing how the project progresses.
